Spot the Bait is a free app for iPhone and iPad that teaches you to recognise scams with one-minute cartoons. It collects nothing about you.
Privacy policy
Effective 7 October 2026
What we collect. Nothing. The app has no account, no advertising and no analytics. It does not send any information about you to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your device. The app remembers which videos you finished, which red flags you found, your daily streak and your timer setting. This is saved only on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also clear it inside the app, under My trophies.
Children. The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
This page. This page has no cookies, no trackers and no forms. The company that hosts it may keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a visit, to keep the service running.
Changes. If a later version adds an optional account or anything else that handles personal information, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
